holistic therapy
An integrative approach that works with your whole self—MIND, BODY, & NERVOUS SYSTEm
YOU'VE TRIED TRADITIONAL TALK THERAPY, BUT SOMETHING'S STILL MISSING.
You've talked about your problems. You've gained insight. You understand why you feel the way you do — your patterns, your triggers, where it all comes from. But understanding hasn't translated to feeling different. You're still anxious. Still burnt out. Still stuck in the same cycles. Because insight alone doesn't change how your nervous system responds, how your body holds tension, or how deeply ingrained your patterns actually are. Integrative therapy is a holistic approach that works differently.
You’re still struggling with:
Anxiety or depression that won't budge despite understanding the "why"
Patterns you can see clearly but can't seem to change
Feeling disconnected from your body or your emotions
HOLISTiC, Integrative THERAPY ADDRESSES THE WHOLE YOU — NOT JUST YOUR THOUGHTS.
Integrative therapy is trauma-informed, and combines multiple approaches to work with your mind, your body, and your nervous system — not just one piece at a time. I draw from depth psychology, attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and narrative therapy to create treatment tailored to what you actually need. This isn't about checking boxes or following a protocol. It's about going beneath the surface to address root causes — the unprocessed experiences, the attachment wounds, the beliefs formed in survival mode, and the nervous system patterns keeping you stuck. We work with what's conscious and what's unconscious. What you can articulate and what you can only feel. The goal isn't just to understand yourself better. It's to actually shift how you feel, how you relate, and how you move through the world.

Traditional talk therapy often focuses primarily on thoughts and behaviors — helping you understand patterns, challenge beliefs, and develop coping strategies. That's valuable, but it's not always enough.
Holistic integrative therapy goes deeper and wider. We work with:
Your unconscious patterns and beliefs — the things driving your behavior beneath your awareness
Your attachment history — how early relationships shaped how you relate to yourself and others now
Your body and nervous system — the tension, the hypervigilance, the stuck energy that thinking alone can't reach
Your story and meaning-making — how you make sense of your experiences and the narratives you tell yourself
Your present-moment experience — bringing awareness to what's happening right now, not just what happened then
This isn't about adding more techniques for the sake of it. It's about meeting you where you are and working with what you need — whether that's insight, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, or all of the above.
-
Integrative therapy sessions are collaborative and fluid. We might spend one session exploring a pattern from your past and the next helping you work with anxiety happening in your body right now. We might talk, but we might also pause to notice what you're feeling, where you're holding tension, or what's present beneath the words.
I'm not a therapist who sits silently and nods. I'll ask questions, offer insights, gently challenge the stories you tell yourself that aren't serving you, and help you see what you can't see on your own. But I'll also meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels right for your nervous system, and never push you beyond what you're ready for.
Sessions are structured enough to feel contained and safe, but flexible enough to follow what's alive for you in the moment. Some days we go deep. Some days we focus on regulation and grounding. Some days we work on practical skills. It depends on what you need.
-
Holistic integrative therapy can help you move from understanding your problems to actually feeling different. From managing symptoms to addressing root causes. From being stuck in patterns to having the capacity to choose differently.
You can expect to:
Understand not just what's happening, but why it keeps happening
Identify and shift the unconscious patterns and beliefs keeping you stuck - Regulate your nervous system and release tension held in your body
Heal attachment wounds and change how you relate to yourself and others
Build capacity to be with difficult emotions instead of avoiding or being overwhelmed by them
Create a life that feels authentic, not just acceptable
This isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about integrating what's been fragmented, healing what's been wounded, and reclaiming parts of yourself you've had to disconnect from to survive.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

who it’s for
holistic THERAPY is for you if…
You've done talk therapy before but still feel stuck in the same patterns
You understand why you feel the way you do, but understanding hasn't changed how you feel
You want to work at a deeper level — addressing root causes, not just symptoms
You're dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, or relationship issues that feel stuck
You want an integrative therapy that works with your mind, body, and nervous system — not just your thoughts
You're ready to go beneath the surface and do the deeper work
who it’s not for
Holistic THERAPY is not for you if…
You're looking for a quick fix or short-term solution
You want strictly structured, protocol-based therapy (like CBT)
You're not ready to explore deeper patterns, beliefs, or emotions
You need crisis intervention or immediate stabilization (we'd need to stabilize first before doing deeper work)
together, we will:
explore
Your patterns, your history, and what's been keeping you stuck — not just on the surface, but at the level of beliefs, attachment, and nervous system.
IDENTIFY
The root causes underneath your current struggles — the unprocessed experiences, the attachment wounds, the survival strategies that once protected you but now keep you stuck.
uncover
What you need to heal, integrate, and move forward — whether that's processing old pain, building new capacity, or reconnecting with parts of yourself you've had to shut down
You don't have to figure this out alone.

Traditional talk therapy often focuses primarily on thoughts and behaviors — helping you understand your patterns and develop coping strategies. Holistic integrative therapy goes deeper and wider, working with your unconscious mind, your body and nervous system, your attachment history, and your present-moment experience. We don't just talk about what happened; we work with how it's still showing up in your body, your relationships, and your life today.

I draw from depth psychology, attachment theory, narrative therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and traditional psychodynamic therapy.
I tailor the approach to what you need — sometimes that means going deep into unconscious patterns, sometimes it means working with your nervous system in the present moment, sometimes it means both.

No. Many clients work with me using a combination of all three. We might do integrative talk therapy as our foundation and bring in EMDR for trauma processing or sound therapy for nervous system regulation as needed. We'll figure out what combination works best for you.

CBT is structured, short-term, and focused on changing thought patterns and behaviors. It's very helpful for certain issues. Integrative therapy is more exploratory and goes deeper — we work with unconscious patterns, attachment wounds, and nervous system regulation, not just conscious thoughts. If you've tried CBT and found it helpful but not enough, integrative therapy might be a good next step.
-
Integrative therapy works well both online and in person. While some somatic work can be more effective in person, most of the integrative work we do — exploring patterns, processing emotions, working with attachment — translates beautifully to telehealth.

Schedule a Free Consultation and choose a time that works for you. We'll spend 20 minutes on the phone talking about what you're looking for and whether my approach feels like a good match. If it does, we'll schedule your first session and get started. If not, that's okay too — I'm happy to provide referrals to other therapists who might be a better fit.
