With over a decade of experience, I integrate traditional talk therapy with holistic, body-based approaches including EMDR, somatic sound therapy, and mindfulness. We'll work with what's stuck in your body, not just your mind. My work is also informed by depth psychology, attachment theory, and narrative therapy — we'll explore not just what's happening, but why, and what it means for who you're becoming.
